This is the 31st Annual Norfolk Family YMCA Triathlon! See our NEW course options in course descriptions below – all courses will use chip timing. New this year the following is ALL included in the registration fee: Shirt, Lunch and Babysitting if needed. Babysitting for participants is available from 7:30 am to 12:00 noon.
