DESCRIPTION:View Results in Full Screen Mode\n  \nThis is the inaugural year of this Sprint triathlon at our newest recreation area\, Flanagan Lake Recreation Area in Northwest Omaha! The race will be segmented into two separate events. The female only waves start first with about 10 to 15 minutes break until the male waves begin. Ages 15 and above may register for either the individual or team relay\, SwimRun\, or Aquabike options. Awards for Top 3 overall male and female\, and top 3 in age group. \nThe Sprint Race is the standard distance of 750m Swim\, 20K Bike and 5K Run.
