SUMMARY:Trashmore 5K - Dash to Bash Epilepsy 2019
DESCRIPTION:View Results in Full Screen Mode\n  \nThe race begins at 8:00 AM in front of the National Czech Slovak Museum and designated parking will be plenty. Participants will each receive a beautiful one of a kind race t-shirt and awards will go to the top finishers. A short awards ceremony will take place immediately after the race.  Post race food and drink will be available and a post race party will help you relax.  Packet pick up will be available at the Czech Slovak Museum Friday September 13\, from 5-7 pm and race day 7am till start\, also at the Czech Slovak Museum. \nThe 5k course winds through Czech Village and then runners will make a steep 208 foot climb to the top of Mount Trashmore\, a recently closed and now landscaped solid waste landfill.  Race proceeds will support the Epilepsy Foundation of Iowa for seizure education & outreach in Iowa.

Participants will receive shirts\, free food\, and the opportunity to connect with others who are impacted by prostate cancer. \nThe funds raised from 2019 ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk – St. Louis are invested around the country to provide research for new treatments\, free prostate cancer testing\, and educate men and families about prostate cancer. No other prostate cancer charity spends more per dollar on programs – more than 85 cents. ZERO puts every donation to good use.
