The course is relatively flat and fast with a few rolling hills – looping around Grinnell College and along the countryside of Grinnell. It’s great for spectators\, too! Bring your family and have them cheer you along at multiple points on the course. This race uses chip timing. \nThis event will feature a 0.5 mile swim at the Grinnell College Natatorium\, 12.4 mile bike path near Rock Creek State Park\, and a 3.1 mile run through downtown Grinnell. Participate as an individual or a team of 3.

SUMMARY:Hero Hustle Sprint Triathlon 2019
DESCRIPTION:View Results in Full Screen Mode\n  \nThe Hero Hustle welcomes all athletes\, of all abilities. The goal is to have a good time\, and raise money for a good cause! The race is a sprint distance triathlon comprised of a 400yd swim\, a 16 mile bike ride\, and a 5K run to wrap it up. The swim course will be held in Schram Pond. The bike course is out on a public highway and has rolling hills for most of the course. The run course will be mostly flat\, with athletes only having to tackle one hill…at least you get to turn around and run back down it though!
