SUMMARY:Back The Blue Pump N Run 5k 2018
DESCRIPTION:View Results in Full Screen Mode\n \nView Results in Full Screen Mode \nPump\, Run or Walk to Back the Blue. 5K Pump and Run a participant’s score will be based on a combination of how many times he/she can bench press a % of their weight (see weight charts posted on the Facebook page for this event) & 5K race time. Pump and Run athletes can weigh in and lift between 7:00am and 8:15am on race day. \nTo calculate the score\, an athlete will reduce their 5K run time by 30 seconds for each successful lift (maximum 30 reps for a maximum of 15-minute reduction. Participants may also just run or walk in the 5k portion of the event. The top male and female participants in each age category will receive a medal. There will be a traveling trophy for top Law Enforcement Official.
