DESCRIPTION:This half marathon and fun run are sponsored by the Oskaloosa Education Foundation in  memory  of Isaac Hoven. The proceeds will go to a scholarship for one male and one female runner at Oskaloosa High School. The rest of the proceeds will go to the OEF to help raise funds to help other organizations\, teachers and students whom apply for funding. The half marathon will be a competitive race that will have a limit of 4 hours to finish.
