DESCRIPTION:The Omaha Women’s Triathlon aspires to bring women together as a community by offering a supportive\, energetic and empowering environment for females pursuing a healthy and active lifestyle. This special event is designed especially for women of all athletic ability — whether new to multisport or an experienced athlete. \nThis event is held at Lawrence Youngman Lake\, near 192nd and Dodge. This Sprint Distance “Womens Only” Triathlon event consists of a 750m swim\, a 20km bike\, and a 5K run. Thousands of spectators will come to cheer on the women of Omaha.
