DESCRIPTION:The ideal catalyst for future triathletes — and for those who prefer land over water — the Omaha Duathlon combines running and biking for a rewarding\, multi-sport experience. The race is held at the beautiful Memphis State Recreation Area\, which is a 163-acre state recreation area between Lincoln and Omaha. This early season race is also the perfect race to start of the season and measure your winter training efforts. The Omaha Duathlon has ideal temperatures\, clear visibility of the country side and a festive atmosphere after the race. You have the option to register for the individual race or the team relay.
